We always try to be on time for appointments, however working with animals can be unpredictable and sometimes circumstances are beyond our control.  A text message or phone call will be made as soon as possible to advise of any changes to your appointment


Please have your horse caught and waiting in a safe and appropriate area for treatment.  Ideally this area would be where the animal feels safe and calm, on level ground and free from clutter


Young or nervous animals.  It is the owners responsibility to ensure animals are receiving calm, appropriate training to ensure the treatment is a positive experience.  If you are unsure, please talk to Janine to work together, to ensure everyone is kept safe.



Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours may incur a $70.00 service fee. Any appointments cancelled on the day of treatment, including clients who do not show for confirmed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee



Please pay by cash, EFT (2% surcharge applies) or direct payment on the day of treatment.  We do not give credit


Minimum Charge   -   $80

If for some reason I am unable to fit your saddle, ie: broken, unsuitable or incorrect size saddle for horse


Travel Surcharges

Some regional areas will incur a small surcharge to cover fuel and accommodation



In extreme weather conditions, ie: strong winds, heavy rainfall, thunderstorms or excessive heat, we reserve the right to cancel or re-book appointments.
